Running on Faith Weekday Devotions (Monday, February 27, 2023):
Mt 3:16–4:3 “After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; & behold, the heavens were opened, & he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove & lighting on Him,
& behold, a voice out of the heavens said, ‘This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.’”
Notice the 2+ witnesses to fulfill (Dt 17:16, Jn 8:17)
Then Jesus was led up (forced) by the (Holy) Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil. And after He had fasted 40 days & 40 nights, He then became hungry…”
These are concurrent events!
