What does it mean to Trust in the Lord?
Proverbs 3:5–6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.”
We could write volumes on this topic. Here’s a few ponderings. First we trust Him completely for salvation, repenting of our sin, we can’t earn anything.
Similarly, we trust Him completely in our daily life. When we acknowledge & seek Him, He directs every aspect of our life. We obediently respond with trust to His promptings & the natural laws He created.
Ex. If you feel an “urge” to call or text someone, do so even if it seemingly contradicts your logic. Additionally, deeply care for ALL that He places in your life.
God is complete & does not NEED anything we might offer. He doesn’t need our bargaining! Plus, we’ll probably fall short. Rather, He wants our heart, minds, & souls focused solely on Him. He will guide your life!
