Romans 8:14: “For all who are being led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.”
Do you like to be in control, or at least feel like you are in control?
“Being led” underscores the passive side, the submissive dependence of the believer on the Spirit.
Initially, this is tough for our egos to accept. Yet, when we recognize who God is & who we as humans are, it’s easy.
Additionally, submissiveness to God yields confidence in obediently serving Him in the world. Christian business owners recognize their business as God’s business that He has chosen them to operate.
Non-owners, you are placed in your job to serve God.
As a child of God, obediently, submissively, & confidently serve God with everything you have, every day.
