Mk 2:1–12: Many gathered at Jesus’ home in Capernaum… four men carried a paralytic, …they removed the roof above Him; & dug an opening to let down the paralytic on pallet.
Jesus saw their faith & told the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.” “…get up, pick up your pallet & go home.”
The paralytic immediately stood up, picked up the pallet, & walked in front of everyone, so that they were all amazed & glorifying God, “We have never seen anything like this.”
Last night, I challenged the Jr. High confirmation kids to begin each day removing their emotional & spiritual paralysis by remembering that the Holy Spirit, the God of all creation, LIVES IN THEM.
“Who cares what others think or say!? Who cares if a girl or boy doesn’t *like you*! Don’t accept ill treatment! Jesus LOVES YOU. HE DIED for YOU spend eternity with Him. Radiate His grace, love, mercy, & joy.”
