How important is it to always honor and give Thanks to God?
Romans 1:21: “For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God or give thanks, but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”
Failing to honor & thank God originates from pride. We think that the credit goes to ourselves or other people. I am too often guilty!
We honor God by obediently serving Him & giving Him thanks & praise in/for everything.
Thank God for your wisdom & IQ. Thank God for the amazing, intelligent, loving people in your life.
Thank God for each opportunity you have received. Thank Him for your challenges that enhance your learning & growing emotionally & spiritually.
In business, thank God for each customer. Coaches, thank God for each athlete & peer. Farmers & ranchers, thank God for each kernel & animal.
Dwelling on God enables recognizing Him in everything.
